Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Training or certification in conflict resolution, de-escalation and/or violence prevention preferred.
• Three years of security/public safety or law enforcement experience required.
• Five years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs post assignments.
• De-escalates agitated patients, individually and as a team member.
• Prevents potentially risky and/or violent situations.
