Job summary

Vizient in Oklahoma is seeking a senior security leader to oversee contracts, vendor relationships, and program optimization for healthcare providers. You will manage RFPs, evaluations, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to deliver cost savings and enhanced safety across multi-site operations.

The role requires 5+ years in security leadership, CHPA credentials, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant security leadership experience.
• Experience as Director of Security and/or law enforcement at multi-location healthcare system required.
• Ability to read location schematic drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFPs and evaluation process for security management contracts.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance and other support departments to complete contracting activities.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships; negotiate pricing and value adds.
• Review benchmarks and identify opportunities for future savings.
• Design and execute project work plans; provide status updates and savings tracking.
• Present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership across provider locations.
