Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Valid Michigan driver's license is required.
• CPR and AED Certification (infant and adult) is needed within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for all patients and visitors.
• Provide effective customer service and monitor visitor traffic.
• Assist with de-escalation of potentially violent situations.
