Job summary

Responsibilities include security patrols, incident reporting, access control enforcement, escort duties, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current California Guard Card required.
• 1 year of experience as a security officer or similar work experience.
• Valid CA driver’s license and proof of auto Insurance.
• Bilingual abilities highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Security operations: conduct high-visibility patrols in clinical buildings, grounds, and parking areas to deter incidents and identify risks.
• Monitor safety hazards and report concerns; respond to incidents with timely documentation.
• Enforce access control policies and escort individuals as needed, maintaining courteous, culturally sensitive interactions.
• Complete Security Event Log entries thoroughly after incidents or observations.
• Follow safety procedures and Neighborhood Healthcare policies in all actions.
