Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of security-related experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Commissioned Security Officer within 6 months of hire.
• TX DL required within 90 days if relocating from out of state.

Responsibilities

• Patrols assigned areas for unauthorized persons or crime sources and maintains radio contact.
• Maintains order and intervenes in disturbances calmly and efficiently.
• Responds to public service calls and assists with medical emergencies as needed.
• Assists Police Officers as required to maintain order.
• Produces complete, accurate reports on incidents within internal processes.
• Controls traffic at designated points and issues parking citations.
