Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Commissioned Security Officer certification within 6 months of hire.
• TX Driver's License required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to protect patients, visitors, staff and property.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and customer service requests.
• Assist police officers and coordinate with hospital staff as needed.
• Produce clear, accurate incident reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain secure facilities by locking/unlocking doors as authorized.
