The position requires a track record as a Director of Security in multi-location healthcare settings, CHPA credentials, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• CHPA credentials required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Parking Management expertise- Shuttle and Valet.
• Experience as a Director of Security in a multi-location healthcare system.
• Ability to read location schematic drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in project management principles and tools.
• Ability to travel regularly to meet clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFPs and evaluation process for security, parking, shuttle, and valet contracts.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance and other departments to complete contracting.
• Develop vendor relationships and negotiate pricing to provide provider savings.
• Review benchmarks and identify future savings opportunities.
• Design and execute project work plans with status updates.
• Prepare analyses and present recommendations to senior leadership across locations.
• Review security contracts, KPI’s, SOPs and policies for improvements.
• Recommend improvements for training, onboarding and access control processes.
• Evaluate entry-point access processes and vehicle safety measures.
• Oversee security leadership structure and travel for client engagements.
