Job summary

MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a part-time security professional to patrol Waterloo Medical Center campus and grounds, preventing theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry. You will conduct rounds, check doors and gates, confront individuals when needed, and coordinate with police while documenting events to maintain safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, a valid Iowa driver's license, and completion of NVCI training within six months.

Qualifications

• Prior security or related experience preferred.
• Valid IA driver's license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Patrol Waterloo Medical Center campus and grounds to prevent threats.
• Confront and document incidents, coordinate with police as needed.
• Ensure doors, windows, gates are secure and maintain safety policies.
