Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Able to restrain individuals.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening and access-control procedures.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate information to leadership and responders.
