Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver for Bartlett, TN. You will provide unarmed security patrols, assist with access control, and deliver excellent customer service while safeguarding patients, staff, and visitors in a healthcare setting.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to drive within policy, and strong observation skills. Applicants must meet vaccination requirements and be at least 18 years old for unarmed work; 21+ for armed positions.

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and follow site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and monitoring of designated areas.
• Document incidents, observations, and security activities and report to site leadership.
