Huntsville Hospital Health System is seeking a Security Services Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day operations of Safety, Security, and Parking across our campuses in Huntsville. The role involves scheduling, counseling and disciplining staff, maintaining a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff, and enforcing policies with professionalism.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (degree preferred in law, law enforcement or business), CPR and MOAB certifications, and 2–3

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; degree preferred in law, law enforcement or business.
• Must obtain Heart Saver CPR certification within 90 days.
• MOAB certification required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for Safety, Security & Parking across assigned sites.
• Schedule personnel, counsel, and discipline assigned staff.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Enforce policies in an assertive, yet courteous manner.
