Qualifications

• Five+ years leading healthcare security, law enforcement, military, or related field.
• Three+ years in supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, administer, and ensure daily operation of the Security Department.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Supervise security personnel and manage physical security systems.
• Oversee investigations of security incidents and collaborate with leadership and external agencies.
• Mitigate risk and protect organizational assets through risk-based decisions.
