Job summary

Redeemer Health is seeking a Security Officer 1 to provide a safe environment, protect persons and prevent property damage at our Meadowbrook, PA facilities. The role emphasizes prevention and professional conduct across the campus.

The officer will patrol, secure entries, monitor systems, respond to alarms, and assist clinical staff as needed while maintaining accurate event records. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and obtain CPR within 3 months, CPI and IAHSS within one year

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must obtain CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• Must obtain CPI and IAHSS Basic Certifications within one year of hire.
• Prior security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment through patrols and secure premises.
• Respond to Fire, Intrusion, Elopement and Infant Abduction alarms and investigate.
• Maintain accurate records in the Daily Activity Report and Event System.
• Assist clinical staff with security-related issues as requested.
