Responsibilities

• Proactive patrol of hospital grounds, buildings, and parking areas to deter unauthorized persons or vehicles and ensure safety.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting safety and operations.
• Apply verbal de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts.
• Operate Security Operations Center (SOC) and monitor surveillance systems and access control.
• Provide safe escort services and assist employees, patients, and visitors as needed.
