Allied Universal is seeking a Hospital Security Officer to safeguard a high profile healthcare environment. You will monitor premises, protect staff and visitors, and respond to incidents with professional service.

The role requires weekend availability and is part-time, with pay at $16.31 per hour. You will de‑escalate conflicts, patrol premises, and ensure patient and staff safety in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in stressful situations.
• Background check and drug screen per law.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Observe signs of crime, disorder, or hazards and remain vigilant
• Patrol on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to check for unsafe conditions
• De‑escalate individuals verbally and, if needed, physically
• Inspect security devices and fire control equipment
• Screen members, visitors, and staff to admit to the facility
• Respond calmly to emergencies such as fires, medical events, bomb threats, or severe weather
• May provide patient escort or transport deceased to morgue
