Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED is required.
• At least two years in customer service, military, security, or similar roles.
• Associate’s degree in corrections, law enforcement, criminal justice, security, or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional level customer service, security presence and response.
• Proactively patrol Mayo Clinic property to deter crime and enforce Mayo policies.
• Prepare accurate and timely incident reports.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and coordinate with other responders.
