Mayo Clinic is seeking a Global Security Officer to provide professional security services and customer support across Mayo Clinic properties. You will proactively patrol, assist visitors and staff, enforce policies, and respond to incidents with calm, decisive action.

This full-time role requires ability to work nights and weekends, a valid driver's license, and certification with IAHSS within 6 months. Prior security or healthcare experience is preferred, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates in law enforcement, criminal justice, security or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in customer service, security or similar role preferred; healthcare setting experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Patrol Mayo Clinic properties and security sensitive areas.
• Assist visitors, patients and staff and deter wrongdoing.
• Prepare incident reports and activity logs; respond to complaints and service calls.
• Operate two-way radio and coordinate with other responders.
• Assist in emergency evacuations and medical emergencies when needed.
