Job summary

Qualifications

• Full valid driver's license required.
• MVR check and SambaSafety assessment conducted.
• At least 1 year of security or customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, run stairs, lift 50+ lbs, and work shifts.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol entrances, units, parking areas, and grounds to deter hazards and ensure safety.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, access control, and alarm systems.
• Respond to calls for assistance, provide escorts, directions, and staff support.
• Enforce safety policies, including weapons screening and access control.
• Assist with emergency response, crowd control, and incident coordination with clinical teams.
• Inspect emergency exits, equipment, and life safety systems.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate activity logs.
• Participate in required training including CPR, Narcan, Stop the Bleed, and de-escalation.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for all individuals.
