Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in security, law enforcement, military, or related public safety.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 5 points and SAMBA safety score.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support officers and security staff during shifts.
• Coordinate daily security operations: patrols, surveillance, access control, and emergencies.
• Respond to incidents with timely and professional resolution.
• Conduct investigations, prepare reports, and document incidents.
• Assist with officer training and drills.
• Collaborate with hospital departments and external agencies to strengthen security.
• Promote professionalism and customer service within the department.
