You will monitor and patrol, maintain a visible presence, and support access control while delivering professional customer service to employees, patients, and visitors.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check as per laws; drug screen as permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the healthcare location and report conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized access.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and communications with supervisors and client representatives.
