• Background check as per laws; drug screen as permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and communications with supervisors and client representatives.

Pay Rate: $22.21 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 06:30 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue: 06:30 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed: 06:30 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur: 06:30 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the healthcare location, including business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, while reporting unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures to help deter unauthorized access.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
