Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor healthcare facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist visitors and staff per site rules.
• Document incidents and report to leadership and contacts.
