Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control entry/exit points; verify credentials and visitor authorization.
• Issue badges or access credentials and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, restricted areas, and facility perimeter.
• Communicate professionally and document incidents and observations.
