Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field required.
• At least seven years of progressive physical security experience with three years in leadership.
• Two years of direct healthcare security experience.
• Experience leading incident response, investigations, risk assessments, policy development, and staff training.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enforce security policies, access controls, visitor procedures, and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct site risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident responses to threats, unauthorized access, and theft; coordinate with law enforcement.
• Manage security personnel and contracted services, including training and performance.
• Oversee surveillance, badge access, panic alarms, and intrusion systems.
• Coordinate active threat, lockdown, and evacuation training with leaders and responders.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, HR, Facilities, IT, and Compliance to review incidents.
