Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by following site-specific procedures.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch calls for routine requests, alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Monitor communication systems, access activity, and surveillance resources; escalate concerns as needed.
• Respond to incidents calmly and provide timely updates to responders.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and shift reports to support continuity of operations.
