Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will conduct drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state and position.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a healthcare location by following site policies and responding to needs.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, and parking areas to identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify entry procedures for visitors and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and contact appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols and incidents in accordance with site reporting requirements.
