Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Access Coordinator Lead in Scottsdale, AZ to protect patients, staff, and visitors across healthcare settings. You will monitor, patrol, control access points, respond to incidents, and ensure privacy compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following healthcare location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management per site procedures and privacy expectations.
• Document and report incidents and hazards to site contacts and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare location, including entrances, parking areas, business areas, and perimeter spaces, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific procedures and applicable privacy expectations.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and potential hazards to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
