Responsibilities

• Assess and secure entry points.
• Monitor video surveillance and weapon detection systems.
• Control access points and verify IDs.
• Manage lobby and vehicle traffic to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Maintain a professional presence in public areas.
• Mitigate disruptions using de-escalation strategies.
• Conduct exterior patrols and report safety findings.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Complete incident reports in a timely manner.
• Assist Security Officers during emergencies.
• Provide directions and assistance to visitors.
