Job summary

The role covers Columbia Correctional Institution, Oakhill, New Lisbon, Prairie du Chien, Thompson Center, and Wisconsin Secure Program Facility, with travel between sites required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and overseeing staff (training, advising, reviewing work).
• Serving as a point of contact for patient scheduling and care coordination.
• Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
