Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient care and administer medications in correctional facilities across Wisconsin. You will assess inmate health, document findings, initiate treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians and health teams to deliver care across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include triage and emergencies, chronic disease management with patient education, preventive care, and discharge planning, while maintaining on-site presence

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with med administration and triage in correctional or high-security settings.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and secure documentation.
• Ability to perform in-custody health assessments and emergency response.
• Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams across facilities.
• Experience managing chronic diseases with patient education and follow-up scheduling.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and privacy/regulatory compliance.
• Reliability to cover shifts and maintain on-site presence.
• Experience in preventive care, screenings, immunizations, discharge planning.
• Data-driven mindset to track performance metrics and improve outcomes.
• Strong inmate health education and staff briefing communications.
