Job summary

Qgenda Systems is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze, optimize, and support workforce scheduling solutions across the QGenda platform and related applications. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations that improve scheduling and patient care.

The role serves as a liaison among business users, IT, and vendors to ensure regulatory alignment, best practices, and timely delivery of scheduling enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Healthcare scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience with requirements gathering, workflow analysis, testing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders and end users to identify scheduling needs.
• Analyze workflows and document current and future state processes.
• Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate operational requirements into technical specifications for application configuration and enhancement.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workflow design sessions.
• Develop business cases and recommend process improvements utilizing scheduling technology.
• Evaluate the operational impact of requested system changes.
• Support strategic initiatives involving provider scheduling, workforce management, and resource optimization.
