Interim Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator / Client Service Representative in South Portland, ME. This full-time, in-office role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with no nights or weekends and a $23-$26 per hour DOE plus benefits and weekly pay.

You will coordinate caregiver and client schedules, answer calls, resolve scheduling issues, and support daily operations. Strong organization and people skills are essential to provide excellent client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, scheduling, staffing, customer service, or office administration.
• Previous medical scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients.
• Answer calls and assist clients, staff, and healthcare partners.
• Resolve scheduling issues and support smooth daily operations.
• Assist with general office tasks and team coordination.
