Job summary

Interim Healthcare Inc. in South Portland, ME is seeking a Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator / Client Service Representative. The role is in-office, full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends.

You will coordinate caregiver schedules, answer calls from clients and staff, and ensure smooth operations while delivering exceptional service. Weekly pay, benefits, and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in healthcare, scheduling, staffing, customer service or office administration.
• Experience in scheduling or coordinating in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
