Healthcare Scheduling, Connection Advisor Associate (Remote) Bilingual Spanish

Join our team as a Connection Advisor Associate (Bilingual Spanish) at Minnesota Visiting Nurse Agency. This full-time, remote role involves handling patient calls, scheduling, and providing information within our Connection Center. The position requires working Monday through Friday, with shifts based on business needs and staff seniority, following a 4-week on-campus training period. After training, remote work is supported provided the employee has a suitable environment and necessary equipment supplied by Hennepin Healthcare.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls, scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling appointments.
  • Handling patient inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing information.
  • Accurately capturing demographic and insurance information.
  • Completing patient registrations and processing payments.
  • Transferring or escalating calls as needed.
  • Performing other duties post-training.

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • One year of data entry experience
  • Two years of customer service experience involving analytical problem-solving
  • One year in a call center within the medical or customer service industry
  • Bilingual in Spanish
