What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Process a wide range of registration functions related to patient encounters and provider scheduling
- Accurately handle 60-100 calls per day, ensuring both incoming and outgoing calls are managed effectively
- Maintain department standard audit error rate and not ready time of 25% or less
- Schedule appointments for assigned queues while delivering exceptional customer service
- Adhere to the attendance policy and other operational guidelines
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy in registration processes
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and providers
