Job summary

Oracle Health Configuration Center is seeking an intermediate consultant to configure Oracle Health Scheduling Management systems for external client projects. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure configurations meet project needs and provide troubleshooting support.

You will configure systems, prepare data, communicate status, and escalate issues as needed while guiding junior analysts and driving process improvements across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in relevant functional or technical roles.
• Experience in Oracle Health Scheduling Management systems is preferred but not required.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with product or technical expertise specific to healthcare practice management and scheduling systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Health Scheduling Management systems for external client implementations.
• Assist in the preparation and structuring of data for system configuration.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to communicate configuration status, project timelines, and updates, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Verify configuration requests and escalation of any issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
• Balance configuration ownership across multiple clients, ensuring high standards and adherence to project deadlines.
• Independently complete complex system configurations and contribute to process improvements across projects.
• Document work thoroughly and maintain all processes using preferred tools and platforms.
• Act as an escalation point for complex configuration issues, delivering resolutions and driving problem‑solving efforts.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Configuration Analysts, offering coaching, mentoring, and training where necessary.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency.
