Job summary

Oracle is hiring a Configuration Analyst in the United States for an intermediate role within Oracle Health consulting. You will work independently with some guidance to configure for various project types while aligning with Oracle methodologies and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include analyzing data for readiness, defining best practices, configuring complex systems, documenting work, and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in relevant roles including knowledge of Oracle Health Blood Bank.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and ability to build rapport with team and clients.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness.
• Define and communicate design and content best practices to stakeholders.
• Advise on design decisions and content implications for configuration.
• Complete complex system configurations independently.
• Maintain accurate documentation using approved tools.
• Serve as escalation point for complex configuration issues.
• Adopt and drive process improvements.
• Support tools development and troubleshooting.
• Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide training.
