Job summary

Oracle Health Configuration Center is seeking an intermediate consultant to configure Oracle Health Scheduling Management systems for external client projects. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure configurations meet project needs, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support throughout the process.

NOTE: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must be US citizens and able to pass a Public Trust security clearance.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in relevant functional or technical roles.
• Experience with Oracle Health Scheduling Management preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in healthcare practice management systems preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Health Scheduling Management systems for external client implementations.
• Assist in data preparation for system configuration.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to communicate status and timelines.
• Verify configuration requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Balance configuration ownership across multiple clients to meet deadlines.
• Independently complete complex configurations and contribute to process improvements.
• Document work thoroughly and maintain processes using preferred tools.
• Serve as escalation point for complex configuration issues and drive problem solving.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Configuration Analysts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow.
