Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to partner with market leaders to optimize patient engagement and scheduling efficiency. You will develop provider schedules, manage census risk, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient visits occur smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, maintaining scheduling policies, and supporting a patient-centered workflow within HarmonyCares Medical Group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college or equivalent healthcare/customer service experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Intermediate computer skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain provider schedules to meet patient needs.
• Manage provider census and scheduling risk.
• Coordinate census with leadership to ensure patients are seen on time.
• Maintain relationships and communicate HarmonyCares services to patients and families.
• Place and receive calls to facilitate scheduling.
• Collaborate with manager and teammates; attend required meetings.
