Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare, central supply, scheduling, inventory, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and scheduling or inventory systems experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and urgent requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and ongoing schedules for supply deliveries and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and store medical supplies and equipment.
• Prepare and distribute supplies to clinical and other departments.
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and equipment needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Communicate schedule changes to affected departments and staff.
• Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and delays.
• Enter data in scheduling and inventory software.
