Metropolitan Jewish Health System is seeking a Sales Operations specialist to support enrollment activities for Home First and MAP referrals. You will maintain databases, generate sales reports, and provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team.

The role requires a high school diploma (BA/BS preferred), 2+ years in customer service, and proficiency with MS Office; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Join a collaborative team focused on improving access to care.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred.
• Two or more years in a customer service environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and health care related systems.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Strong listening and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process Home First and MAP referrals for enrollment.
• Maintain Home First databases and sales reporting.
• Provide administrative sales support to sales and marketing team.
• Maintain the inventory room.
