Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist for the San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno area to drive enrollment by building relationships with community partners and senior services.

This hybrid role offers medical/dental/vision coverage, 17 days PTO, and a compensation package with base pay plus bonus. You will coordinate outreach, educate referral sources, and develop monthly marketing plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum one year of sales/marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or senior care.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
• Strong community outreach and relationship-building skills.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
