Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment growth in the San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno region. The role focuses on outreach, relationship-building with community partners, and educating referral sources to enroll seniors in our care programs.

The position is hybrid, with compensation including base pay plus bonus. Candidates should have a marketing or healthcare administration background and relevant sales experience to succeed in a collaborative outreach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or health care administration.
• DHCS training and exam as marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year in a sales and marketing role with at least one year in healthcare or senior care.
• Technology experience in Salesforce, Athena, or similar CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve monthly goals.
• Provide education regarding services to referral sources.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:
