Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to join our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team in a hybrid role serving San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno. The role drives enrollment through community relationships, referrals, and guidance to prospective participants.

We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage plus generous PTO and a compensation package with base pay and bonus. Experience in healthcare sales and familiarity with Salesforce or Athena are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role; healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience including Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve monthly targets.
• Provide education regarding services to community referral sources.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:
