Job summary

Joseph Michaels International in California seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment and develop community partnerships across Sacramento, San Jose, and Fresno. The role coordinates outreach, educates referral sources, and builds relations with senior centers and care facilities.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration, 1+ year in sales/marketing, and healthcare exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one year in healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
