Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist in California. The role supports our marketing, outreach, and enrollment efforts by building relationships in communities and guiding prospective participants into the program.

You will coordinate outreach to senior centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations, develop monthly marketing plans, and educate referral sources about the services we offer. Hybrid work arrangement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting.
• Technology experience including Salesforce or similar CRM (Athena).

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:
