Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment by building community relationships and generating referrals in San Jose–Sacramento–Fresno. The role blends marketing outreach with healthcare enrollment strategies, focusing on senior care services and educating referral sources.

The position offers a hybrid schedule, competitive compensation with a base plus bonus, and benefits including medical coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role with healthcare exposure preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
