Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to develop and drive Healthcare training programs across Sales and Sales Operations. The role focuses on onboarding and everboarding initiatives to accelerate ramp time and grow new hire performance.

You will design and deliver blended learning, coach managers, and partner with the platform team to keep content current. Strong facilitation, collaboration, and data-driven improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement or training program management.
• Healthcare experience is required; experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Sales Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, measurement, and improvement of onboarding programs to accelerate ramp time.
• Deliver onboarding and everboarding programs in person and virtually.
• Manage blended learning including classroom, webinars, self-paced learning, and microlearning.
