Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Sage Associate Sales Representative in Dallas to promote Sage Products to nurses, clinicians and hospital staff while delivering outstanding customer service and cultivating trusted relationships.

You will complete extensive product training to tailor messages to customers, advise on product selection, and answer questions about functionality, distinguishing Sage from competitors. Training includes post-sale support and adoption success with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0-2 years professional experience.
• Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing relationships.
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and advise on product selection; answer questions on product functionality and differentiate Sage from competitors.
• Assist in hospital surveys and post-sale implementation and training to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate teamwork, problem-solving, honesty, integrity and a responsive level of customer service.
• Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
• Comply with facility protocols and OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluation.
• Solve real problems and improve healthcare for customers and patients.
