Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to promote Sage products focused on Injury and Infection Prevention to healthcare providers. You will assist with product demonstrations, help manage customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

You will participate in training programs and industry events while collaborating with the sales team to reach business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
• Preferred: Sales and marketing internship; excellent time management, project management, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and hospital staff while providing excellent customer service.
• Follow extensive product training to tailor promotional messages based on the customer, advise on product selection, answer questions about product functionality.
• Assist in hospital surveys as well as post-sale implementation and training including ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by teamwork, problem solving, integrity, and providing a highly responsive level of service.
• Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
• Adhere to all facility protocols and OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluation.
